Code Penguin developed a fully customised course to educate the client’s employees on the company’s anti-harassment policies, how to discourage such behaviors, and what steps to take if harassment is witnessed.

We developed the entire course based on the internal policy document from the client. The final result was an interactive, scenario-based e-learning experience. The course featured realistic, nuanced situations to help learners understand the complexities of workplace behavior, encouraging thoughtful reflection and better decision-making.
